This policy explains what information the Color Smash mobile game (“the App”, “we”) collects and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
There is no account to create, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or contact details. The App and the third-party services below may process limited technical data:
- Advertising (Google AdMob). To show ads, Google may collect a device advertising identifier, coarse device and OS information, IP address, and ad interaction data. In the EEA and UK we ask for your consent first (see §4).
- Purchases (Google Play Billing). In-app purchases are processed by Google. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase completed — we never see or store your payment card details.
- Local game data. Your coins, high score, unlocked characters, and purchase entitlements are stored on your device only, and are not transmitted to us.
2. How the information is used
To display and measure advertisements, to deliver and restore in-app purchases, and to keep your game progress on your device. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party services
Color Smash uses Google AdMob and Google Play Billing. Both are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Consent (GDPR / EEA / UK)
On first launch in the EEA and UK, the App shows a Google-certified consent form (UMP). You may choose personalized or non-personalized ads; the App works either way. You can reset your choice at any time from your device's Google settings.
5. Children
Color Smash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad content is configured accordingly.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access or delete data held about you. Because we store no server-side personal data, most requests are satisfied by uninstalling the App — which removes local data — or by contacting us.
